  They go under different names and send billing statements under different names. THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD. The patient should only get a bill from their original provider. Won't provide itemized bill showing what the amount was for. I only went to physician NOT US ANESTHESIA nor any other providers and will not pay for a medical provider I never went to. We DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS who have No Caller ID or Called ID Blocked. If you are a reputable business then why block your number.
  They need to be reported for fraudulent practices.
