  In today's real estate market there are all sorts of challenges and hurdles that need to be overcome in order to have a successful closing. As a Real Estate Broker and Investor I have to rely on multiple professionals to do their job in order to achieve the ultimate goal of closing on each property without any costly mistakes. Although all professional duties involved are important, in my opinion none of them are as important as the duties of the title company facilitating the closing. Without choosing the right title company you risk everything from the property not having clear title to not closing on time if communication isn't thorough. This is the exact reason I use Southeast Professional Title to do all my personal real estate sales and acquisitions and even though I don't always have a say in which title company is used when working with buyers and sellers, if a client asks me for a recommendation then I always tell them Southeast Professional Title. I've been in this business 10 years but didn't discover S.E. Pro Title until about 5 years ago and although I'm always searching for great companies in other categories of real estate I find comfort in knowing that when it comes to the category of title services which is the most important, I know I'm using the best there is. Thank you so much to Aaron and Ryan Kopczyk for personally handling all my closings and making me feel like I'm the highest priority client you have despite having dozens of other customers at the same time of my transactions. Thank you Debbie Farnell for also overseeing all my files and promptly addressing all the major title issues with our properties over the years when other title companies said nothing could be done. As the owner of not only one of the largest and best run title companies in Orlando, I think your company and staff is right up there with the best companies overall in Orlando. I look forward to many more years of working together Aaron, Ryan, Debbie and the rest of the Southeast Professional Title staff!
